What is depolymerisation?

Depolymerisation is thermo-catalytic decomposition or cracking of polymers (plastic or tyres) in absence of oxygen.

What are the products obtained after depolymerisation?

The products are:

• Hydrocarbon gas
• Hydrocarbon liquid which is mixture of petrol, jet fuel, kerosene, diesel and heavy oil.
• Charcoal

Whether the process is pollution free?

Yes, it is pollution free. There are no harmful gases or effluents generated in the process

Whether the process is safe?

Yes, it is safe if the plant is operated as per the standard operating manual.

What are the licensing formalities to be completed ?

Following formalities are to be completed

1. No Objection Certificate from local body
2. Registration at District Industries Center
3. Consent ot establish and consent to operate from Pollution Control Board
4. Insurance of the plant and machinery for fire and theft
5. Insurance of staff/ workers for accident, medi-claim and workmen compensation.
6. Registration for Industrial safety and fire.

What are the uses of the crude oil obtained from waste plastic or rubber or tyres?

It can be directly used in following

• Boilers (replacement for LDO or furnace oil)
• Electric generators (replacement for diesel or kerosene)
• Diesel pumps (replacement for diesel)
• Construction machinery (replacement for diesel)
• Heavy machinery on ships (replacement for diesel or furnace oil)

Can we produce petrol or other refined products?

Yes, it can be purified to produce following products:

• Petrol
• Jet fuel
• Kerosene
• Diesel
• Mineral Turpentine Oil (MTO)

• Gear oil
• Wax

What are marketing efforts ?

We have give samples with test report from reputed and approved laboratory.
As the fuel is cheaper and of better quality,
the marketing efforts are almost nil as the buyer is benefited. The buyers are readily available.

What about raw material availability?

In India, 10000 MT waste plastic/ tyres are generated per day.
The use of plastic goods is increasing continuously hence the availability will be increasing.
The raw material is plenty available.

Whether the technology is time tested?

Yes. it is tested for last 10 years and we have established 22 such units in India and 2 units abroad.

What is warranty / guarantee for the machinery?

The unit has few moving parts and hence the wear and tear is less.
Our machinery is guaranteed for 1 year after installation provided the factory persons
follows the instructions for use of the machinery and the maintenance schedule.

What about after sales service?
